Israeli Fire Injures Palestinians Near “Yellow Line” in Gaza
Health sources reported that a woman and two children were brought to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis with moderate wounds after Israeli military vehicles unleashed heavy fire toward tents housing displaced families in the al-Maslakh district, located south of the city.
This event represents one of the continued breaches of a ceasefire agreement that has been in place since October 10, 2025.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes carried out an airstrike in areas under Israeli military control in eastern Khan Younis, and heavy artillery targeted locations in western Rafah. No immediate details on casualties or damage were provided.
In northern Gaza, Israeli artillery shelled regions east of the Jabalia refugee camp, outside the “Yellow Line,” with no immediate reports of injuries.
The so-called “Yellow Line” delineates Israeli military deployment zones, which cover roughly 53% of Gaza Strip’s eastern region, from western areas where Palestinians are allowed to move freely.
