Gaza Genocide: Israel Kills I7 More Palestinians Since Wednesday Morning
Among the dead were 11 individuals who lost their lives when Israeli forces bombed a residential building in the Al-Shati refugee camp, situated west of Gaza City, the news agency reported. Several others were injured in the same attack.
In central Gaza’s Deir al-Balah, an Israeli airstrike claimed the lives of a father and his son after hitting their home. Meanwhile, two people were killed and several more wounded when Israeli drones targeted tents housing displaced families in western Khan Younis, located in the southern region of the territory.
A separate airstrike on a house in the Al-Bureij refugee camp, also in central Gaza, resulted in the death of one person and left several others injured.
Since October 2023, Israeli military operations in Gaza have resulted in the deaths of nearly 57,600 Palestinians, the majority of them women and children. The sustained campaign has devastated much of the enclave, triggering widespread hunger and the outbreak of disease.
In November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, accusing them of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Additionally, Israel is currently facing a genocide case before the International Court of Justice over its ongoing offensive in the enclave.
